The purpose of this course is to produce ‘industry fit’ candidates so that they can be placed in any fashion rule as well as they can establish their own business, fashion studio, Boutique etc. In both ways, they can be economically independent. Keeping this in mind, the course contents include a brief concept of commercial production, trends analysis for the particular season after identifying themes and creating mood boards and color boards. In short, developing an entire range according to the business plan and tech pack. The whole course has been divided into 3 Years or 6 Semesters (each year has two semesters).

  • Students will comprehensively understand the fashion industry, including its history, present trends, and future directions.
  • To teach practical design, pattern-making, and garment construction skills and knowledge.
  • To teach students how to use various fashion industry software programme, such as CAD (computer-aided design) software.
  • To educate students on the most recent fashion industry technology and processes.

Course Duration

Bachelor of Vocational Studies (B.Voc) is a three-year degree program offered at Udyogvikas.

Eligibility

The minimum eligibility to take admission in B.Voc is 10+2 (in any stream) or equivalent or 2 year ITI Diploma after Class 10th.
