The CSB certifications are built to validate that candidate entering the workforce understand key communication principles and possess the skills that are necessary to be effective in a work environment.

Communication Skills for Business exam consists of objective type questions. Exam duration is for 50 Minutes with total 42 questions. Minimum 700 marks is required to pass the exam out of 1000 marks.
