The policy ensures:

2. Certification Authority
Only Udyog Vikas Skills Council has authority to:
✓ Design certificates
✓ Approve results
✓ Print certificates
✓ Digitally issue certificates
✓ Clear fees
Training Centres CANNOT:
X CANNOT print certificates
X CANNOT design certificates
X CANNOT issue certificates independently
3. Eligibility
Candidate must:
✓ Complete approved course
✓ Minimum 80% attendance
✓ Pass theory assessment
✓ Pass practical assessment
✓ Clear fees
4. Certificate Issuance
