Vrushali has extensive experience as a Director (Operations) and media entrepreneur, with over 9 years of experience. Her background from SNDT (Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University) and her perspective in fashion designing and academics can certainly bring a unique and valuable skill set to projects.
Directors of Operations often play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of an organization’s activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Vrushali’s academic background in fashion design might be particularly beneficial if she is involved in projects related to the fashion or design industry.
Having both operational and creative skills can be a valuable combination in the world of media and entrepreneurship. It allows for a well-rounded approach to managing and developing project.
National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) is a scheme of the Government of India and Maharashtra Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (MAPS) to promote apprenticeship. It is mandated by law that any establishment having more than 30 employees, should engage 2.5 to 15% apprentices of their total manpower, under the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 as part of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (amended in 2014 and 2019)
UDYOGVIKAS is authorized TPA under NAPS spread across the country to serve the industrial sector & apprentice as well.
1. Under NAPS, Industries can save monthly around Rs 2000-3500 on PF, ESI, and Bonus. Leave with Wages & Gratuity to such Apprentices as they do not come under Labour Law.
2. Industries can engage apprentices for a period of 12 to 24 months depending upon the qualification of candidates..
3. Reimbursement of Rs 1500 – 4000-4500 per candidate per Month to Establishment.
4. These apprentices cannot join any worker union.
5. Providing suitable skill /semiskilled /unskilled manpower to the industries.
6. Basic Training is mandatory only to those who do not have ITI, Diploma and Degree in Engineering.
7. Wider options for the apprentices- integration with other schemes (Like B.VoC ,PMKVY, MES etc) And many more
8. This way, attrition rate, and recruitment cost can be reduced.

We are the Third-Party Aggregator (TPA) registered with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) for NAPS and NATS Scheme. We are reaching out to Companies and helping them to hire Apprentices & on boarding them to the Apprenticeship Portal. We also help you to get on time reimbursements (subsidies) given by the Government.
